Laysick Custom Design Lab (LCDL) was set up in early 2008 to fill the demand for higher quality custom jerseys. Although there are many companies offering custom jerseys, none of them cater for the high-end market.Customlab works closely with teams to create a unique and outstanding image. The jerseys are then produced to the highest standard, including padding, integrated gauntlet gloves on our own unique template.

When you decide on a LCDL jersey you don't just get a custom jersy but a custom Laysick product. There's a high level of detail in these jerseys, each of which is customizable: from the mesh panels to the shoulder and elbow pads which can be printed on and coloured in any way, the opportunities for being creative are endless!

Unlike other custom jersey companies, we try to give customers a flat rate per jersey which includes a Laysick Pro Jersey and the design work that goes into it. This means that we will have an ever expanding template library of quality designs which can be tweaked to meet customers' needs.

We also try to display every custom jersey we have produced, so you can see our full line of work dating back to the first jersey. This will give you inspiration, and lets you see how the final product might look based on our templates. These can be found at www.customlab.laysick.com

The process is as follows:-

  1. An order form must be filled in with names, numbers, quantities, sizes & colours. This is then sent back to us with logos (team and sponsors in vector format) before the first design stage can be started. This must be completed accurately.

  2. We will produce a design on our template based on the information you have provided, using any colours and logos you have specified.

  3. The design is then tweaked to you preferences until you are happy, the names and numbers are designed and sent for confirmation that all spelling and formatting is to your liking.

  4. Final confirmed artwork with design specifications are sent to the factory, a 4-5 week period of production is to be expected before we receive the finished product back.

Due to our unique design templates we can also do semi custom versions of many of our products, please ask for details.
